i just killed nightmare and got grav suit. stupid as i am, i didnt go to the nav room after beating him. instead, i went through these speed blocks and ended up in sector 4 (AQA). it is the room with the power bomb expansion only accesable from the other side. i went back and got my boost and jumped through the speed blocks there. i am now stuck in that place behind the door. i cant go back because the blocks regen'd and i cant go foreward because im stuck in that morph ball hole maze tunnel. plox help me
